- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horribly unorganized thinking. Never get an answer when i call their phone and almost a 20 minute wait when i walk in. Waited 15 minutes for several tellers to attempt to help with a Spanish speaking couple that no one could understand while 1 teller was attempting to help all of us customers. By the time i left (unable to even make my deposit) there were almost a dozen people waiting in line while everyone else behind the counter continued to ignore the customers waiting to "try to understand" these Spanish customers.
